Wasn't expecting this! Great to see Malmsbury Reservoir full again. Beautiful location with some nice walks, plenty of fishing spots from the bank and some great scenery.

We stopped at the Portwines Road car parking area and walked along a track next to the water. Could have walked a lot further but we just birdwatched for about 1hr. Lovely and peaceful but no benches or toilets this end. Note signs recommending no contact with water - incl fishing or kayaking - currently (April 2023) due to bluegreen algae. You could even just sit in your car and take in the view.
