Pat did a great job with installing a photoelectric safety sensor on my 10 year old FAAC gate opener, and also identified and fixed a pre-existing annoyance with it. Kerri at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with to sort out the booking. Overall, I'd highly recommend them for any issues with FAAC gates.

Gary attended my property to assess a sliding gate motor that was not working correctly. This system was installed by another provider and had stopped working. I was concerned I might have to replace the whole unit. Gary attended the property, was highly courteous and helpful, assessed the unit and managed to fix it perfectly without needing to replace the unit (though he had all the parts there to do so, if required :)). Very transparent in terms of possible costs before attending the property and on inspection. A faultless service and I'm so pleased to have the gate working again. I'll be sure to use Automatic Access for all future services on my gate...I'm so happy with the service.
