The BBQ class was a completely unexpected Christmas present and it was AWESOME fun. Really laid back, but informative vibe, engaging and easy to understand, even for a womble like me! We love our Weber Q, but we'll be off for a charcoal job now to add to the collection (booma should be on commission).Thoroughly enjoyed the day, sampling the products of the days bbqing and a beer to go with. What's not to love!! Would highly recommend (and already have) or for catering as well!

We had Matt cater for 90 odd people for a party, everyone raved about the food all night! I’ll be looking for reasons to have another event just get these guys back!

Had an incredible day going through the start and finish of various cuts of meat in a easy to understand way. Boomas relaxed approach to cooking really helps take the panic out of charcoal bbqing. Highly recommend for anyone thinking about doing a class or upgrading their equipment to go and see all the different rigs and decide what best suits you. Thanks for the great food!

I have all of the rubs they are all fantastic! I must be on clucked and plucked shaker number 12 or so! The whole family loves it!I have also attended a masterclass and it was fantastic! As a chef by trade and a lover of BBQ, Booma had Loads of knowledge and lots of tips and tricks to share! And some real tasty stuff to eat throughout the day! Well worth the experience! 100% recommended for anyone of any skill level!

AWESOME! Catered my work's Christmas party last year and everything went smoothly. Booma & Courtney were really relaxed and knew what they were doing. Service was QUICK, 60 people did not have to wait long at all. Food was DELICIOUS, couldn't fault it. Hopefully we can book them in again for next Chrissy!

Boomas BBQ masterclass was awesome. Booma really knows his stuff and puts on a very engaging class using lots of different techniques, bbq’s and cuts of meat. The food was awesome, we learned a lot of tips and tricks and had a fantastic day. I would highly recommend booking a class with some mates for a cracking day out!!!

The smoking meat Masterclass was unreal! Booma is very knowledgeable, organised and a great cook. He keen to help answer any questions you have and give everyone the tips you need to smoke meat perfectly! I have been to 2 of his classes and loved every minute of them. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone. It's a great day, amazing food and company
