Started out doing PT with Taylah but absolutely love the semi private group sessions at DSP.Fun, supportive environment.Structured sessions, always a coach to help you out. Can't recommend highly enough.

Taylah and her team have been an amazing support for South East United Football Club, providing professional and knowledgable trainer support for our senior and reserves teams throughout the season.
