Went for a custom alloy radiator. No problem. 2 weeks later job hadn't started. No problem we'll get onto it.Next week. ..my radiator put by way side. Needed by the end of the week. Promised wednesday. Not done. Promised by Friday before close of buisness. Went down 1/2 hour before close of buisness. All closed up with no phone call to explain or apologize.Left with no option but to ship my car interstate with no radiator.Not happy.Looking after bigger jobs seemed to be more impotant than everyday customers. When i complained about the lack of service i was told rudely to take my radiator and leave. Poor man couldn't even explain or apologize for his incompetence.

Poor product supplied, poor repair service. Had a new aluminium radiator made, which only lasted approximately 3.5years before internal core started leaking. Firstly sales person try to tell me this was an acceptable life span for alloy radiator, contrary to the fact almost all new cars come with aluminium radiators, this should have a minimum 10-15year life, if service correctly should last the life span of vehicle.When returning to pick up resin repaired radiator, second sales person tried blamed fault on aluminium alloy composition. Never once would they accept responsibility for supplying me a poor product and would not give me any warranty. First offered to make me a new one at a cost of 20% more than what I paid for the original radiator, which I refused, opting for cheaper repair job that I had to pressure them to even give me discount on, given such a short life span.They say support local business, local business should also support local customers, next time I'll be buying international.
