Disgusting behaviour and language from a guy stating he was the owner of all 4 Southside fitness shops at their Strathpine shop this morning , [ he even held up 4 fingers like she needed to see 4 to understand ]. When i entered the shop he was that angry that he didn't even notice me, he was yelling at an older lady saying that how dare she asked for a discount from a retail shop , he was ranting and behaving very threatening towards her, he yelled i don't make any money at that price, i am sure this poor woman was shaken up, i as a male would have felt threatened by his behavior if it was directed at me, They have lost me as a customer, i was bought up to talk to women , especially older ladies with respect, not behave like they were Subordinate to men. Never in all my years have i seen a person serving a customer, never lone the business owner talk to someone in such a belittling and disrespectful way.I was there, whether you saw me or not and what i saw and heard the older lady was talking to the person identifying himself as the owner quietly and with respect, i can't believe this lady would be capable of bullying any of your staff. You just need to own this mate.

Great service. We called on Saturday asking if they had an item in stock, they said they didn't but we're expecting a delivery either Sunday or Monday. We asked them to call us on Sunday if it came in as we're only in the city for that one day. They text us on Sunday saying they had received the item. When we got there the guy was super helpful and loaded the item into our ute for us. Wish I could afford to spend more money there!

Walked in on a Sunday morning to by a home gym setup.Even though the gentleman working was flat out he was extremely helpful to recommend what we needed.He even organised delivery and setup for the following Monday.Stress free.My wife and I are now enjoying our home gym.Thanks again

I had never heard of this business until I made an internet search for sporting equipment.They have an excellent website that is easy to navigate. They have a large range of sporting equipment at good prices sure to suit many people's needs.When I visited I was greeted by the friendly staff member who was quick to offer helpful advice.I am really impressed with the business and will definitely return.I highly recommend this business to others.

Went into the store to fully kit out a home gym. Billy was amazing. Didn't feel pressured. He walked me through everything, answered every question, was just great. Gave me a discount due to the large amount ordered. If you are thinking of getting anything for you gym, definitely give these guys a look. Thanks again Billy
