Bought a phone for nephew for Christmas. But my nephew received and iphone14 from his parents. So, I wanted to get a refund for the phone I purchased from phone space. Was told to leave my number and manager will call back. Missed the call within a minute. I call bk manager is no longer there to speak too. Due to being Christmas i would think phone space would be understanding if people needed to return the gift. Just like every other shop. But no help whatsoever. They CAN refund but choose NOT too. Don't go to places like this, You are better off going to the bigger shops like Optus/Voda/Telstra. Way more legit.

I just bought a iphone usb c charger today and the place ripped me off. The charger sell for 29.95 across apple, jb hifi, officework etc. However, they charged me 39.95 for the same thing. Doesnt recommend it as i tried refunding but they didnt acccept it.

They charge $320 for iPhone x for battery replacement and screen both faulty took it back and they said they replaced both battery and screen as the screen keeps jumping and battery over heating. It took them 30 minutes to replace both screen, battery, now to replace screen you need to remove screen projector, l know they didn't replace any of these because they didn't even know the screen projector was on until l mentioned it. Story short they lied. They rip me off but karma will bite them back they'll see .

I purchased a car Bluetooth for $40. They provide me faulty one. They did not refund me and said your car is faulty. FYI, I have hyundai elantra 2019. If you want to spend money on faulty products, this shop is for you.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I paid $65 for a premium screen protector which they said needed to be cured under a UV light and was very durable. They used the wrong type of UV light and the glue was seeping out from under the screen protector. Took it back the next day and they refused to offer compensation of any kind for their incompetence.Absolutely terrible service, don't waste your money here!!

just got the privacy screen protector and it just looks like the normal one to me, not even a bit of privacy at all… Wasted $59 here. Anyone want to waste money shop at phoneSpace parra.
