I am from Sydney and found a Ute that I wanted to purchase from here. I had the cash in hand, ready to drive to Cooma, trade in my vehicle and pay the change over on the same day. I rung these guys at least 5 times, sent an online enquiry and also sent an email and no one got back to me with what I needed.I was ready to buy, all I needed to know what the changeover price would have been but it was impossible to get someone to respond. I understand that I wasn’t purchasing brand new, however the vehicle purchase price was still above $39,000 and would have expected at least some level of customer service.

I attended the workshop for a vehicle service. The service staff know their stuff and we're very helpful. The service was perfect and done in a timely manner. The location allows you to head shopping while your vehicle is serviced. Overall, I'm impressed with the actual vehicle service and competent service centre staff.

Purchased a car from them 6 Months ago, quote done by phone and email (best price) and car was delivered to my front door in Canberra; Service and Parts people also great to deal with - good old fashion country service - Thank you

I have purchased over 50 brand new vehicles over the years and this has been my ABSOLUTE best experience by far! I purchased a new Kakadu Prado, it has been delivered in a first class manner and explained thoroughly regarding its features and operation. And when I say delivered, I can confirm that this dealership went out of it's way to deliver the vehicle to me at Canberra Airport as I am from the South Coast area. I just can not thank the team enough and highly recommend this business for future purchases. Service goes a long way today as it is very hard to get good service, well I can confirm the service here is in the highest order. Several hours after delivery I received a call from Steve to follow up and thank me for my purchase. How often is it that the owner of a business will call you to do this? Outstanding! Thank you team. Please consider this business as a priority to deal with, allow them the chance to WOW you as they have done here with me as this is what buying a new car should be all about!!! Could not rate the service department enough! Tracey the service manager and Sean the mechanic, went above and beyond for me and family. Stayed late to diagnosis my car, ordered parts to get it sorted and squeezed me in between bookings to getnit all fitted! Thanks heaps Cooma Toyota service department!!!!

I bought a new Toyota from this dealership but have previously supported local and have brought 2 other vehicles previously. I’ve been very happy with the sales team. Can’t recommend them enough. However, I can’t say the same for the service department. Found them to be unhelpful and no service provided. I even had to go walk the street to find my car because they couldn’t tell me exactly where it was parked. That was after waiting all morning for a service that I dropped off at 8.30 and was told wouldn’t be ready until 4.30. Apparently this was because of a mechanic being away. I live in another town so had to wait around. If they had kept me updated I could have made other plans. Left the dealership with no new car service of my car being done and total wasted day
