Amazing customer service. I like to buy refurbished products cause it’s so much better value than new. Had an issue with a Microsoft surface but Lindsey made sure to contact me and organised a courier to pick it up and give me a replacement without stress or issue. Haven’t seen this level of customer service in along time.

Received a laptop for son for xmas- there was a slight issue with it, but the customer service we received was amazing- even with a phone call on boxing day! A new one has been promptly sent out, with full communication. Its rare that you come across companies with such fab customer service- will be using this company for all our future computer needs
