Friendly staff, wide range of choices, great prices and delicious food. We had the Birria tacos and the brisket burger first time around.We came here a second time for the lamb ribs which were on point.The corn bread, Mac and cheese, scalloped potatoes and the wildfire fried rice were perfect.I'm looking forward to trying their cherry pie tonight that was recommended by Tommy. Really nice to see consistency in food and service. 10/10

Undoubtedly the best barbecue around. Everything is hand crafted, extremely tender and packs the biggest flavour punches. Recommended trying everything and their weekly specials.

I recently tried Wildfire Craft BBQ's pitmaster pack for takeaway and it was simply amazing! The brisket was easily one of the best I've ever tasted - tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The sides were also delicious and complemented the meat perfectly. The service was great as well - friendly, helpful, and efficient. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Wildfire Craft BBQ to anyone looking for top-notch barbecue. Keep up the great work, guys!

Geelongs only home of authentic American smoked bbq you can taste the love and attention in the food they produce while their speciality is slow smoked meats their nashville style hot chicken should NOT Be over looked it is absolutely incredible! 10/10 recommend going to give them a crack!

Ok so I'm a hard marker... :) Nothing new there, but this joint is new and I loved my lunchtime choice! I had the cheapest thing on the menu, Fries with Brisket.The fries stayed crispy even after being soaked in a mild cheese sauce as I worked my way through this bowl. On top is juicy tender beef yumminess with fried shallots and spring onions for some texture change.Good work guys! even though I got there at the end of Saturday lunch there was a good influx of people, both buying takeaway, and eating in as well as people looking in the window wondering what was going on!This little strip of shops is a fascinating mix of businesses that have changed a LOT over time and now with this new restaurant, I think it may well have come alive again.Next on the menu was burgers starting at $15. I'm not big on burgers so I think next time I will repeat what I had today.

An amazing restaurant born from a covid realisation. The owner is a humble, true blue Aussie battler that has, like a phoenix, risen from the ashes. The passion for delivering amazing, tasty and fresh food is out of this world. It shows in every mouthwatering mouthful of BBQ heaven. There is only one way to sum up this brilliant hidden gem. OMG!!!!! I will be back and, I'll be telling my friends and anyone else I meet about this amazing restaurant! 10 stars!!!

Hands down the best bbq I've had in Oz and has the service to match. Make the trip here but pre order online to avoid missing out!Cooked perfectly each meat was uniquely prepared with a matching seasonings resulting in great variety. Side dishes are on point too, including the picked veg.Will be back for sure!
