I visited Leanne at Mitchelton a few days ago. She was extremely helpful and gave me sound advice. As my phone is an Android, and not a model supported by Starkey, I now have a dilemma. Should I change over to an Apple Iphone or upgrade my Android and cross my fingers? Leanne also thoroughly explained how the different aids and price levels work. I was super impressed by her knowledge and her kindness. I do hope I can resolve my Bluetooth connection issue so that I can visit her again. Thanks for her wonderful service.

The audiologist Anna, was very attentive, and listened carefully to the issues I was hoping to get some improvement on with the performance of the hearing aids. After her test and careful attention to my comments and some suggestions as to how address these issues, she made adjustments to the hearing aid program that has significantly improved their performance which I am very happy about.I would happily recommend the service provided and having reminders about the appointment time from Levi was appreciated. Appreciated Anna's friendly and professional attitude.

I saw Leanne and she was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about my ear and my symptoms and was a great listener. She took the time to explain the causes and ear functions to give me a peace of mind and some strategies to address my issues. Would definitely recommend a visit.

I saw Anna from ihear at Mitchelton as a first-time client. I found her to be very competent and professional - also very pleasant and helpful. As I am an Aged Pensioner, she explained everything thoroughly and advised what options were available without trying to pressure me. I was very impressed
