Passport renewal—they were really helpful. I had printed the form incorrectly and messed up a few things—I had to go away and come back (my fault!)—they were sympathetic and gave me tips on how to fix things. Took my photos, got it sorted. The team here seem to be under the pump yet handling it well. Thanks!

Absolutely disgusting and unnecessary attitude from the obese lady behind the counter. I don’t know what her problem is but she has a lot anger towards costumers for no reason. Ruined my day.

Aus Post, a Government Owned Organisation tried to charge me $2.50 to certify a document. The privately owned pharmacy across the road did it for free.It’s a shame email took 95% of their business away 10 years ago. Couldn’t happen to a nicer store

If I can give no star I will, what a terrible experience!!! Today I went in to post a parcel to Korea and it took me an hour!!! We actually asked the first lady what we have to do to post a parcel over seas and before we left the counter she handed us a form for declaration. We returned to the counter after we put everything on the box and filled out the declaration form, the other lady ( older lady short hair with glasses)asked me to do the declaration form again!!! and I have to do online!!! It would be better off if the staff communicate with your work colleagues and be consistent with their instructionsI don’t understand why they asked me to fill out the declaration form in the first place if I have to do it again online or if you want me to do both just tell me in the first place when we went to the desk to ask what the procedure is . Perhaps there is some staff training required ?

Excellent service, open on Saturday mornings, good selection not only of postage items but also other things like printers, power banks and other random things that you wouldn’t expect to find at a post office. I have health problems and the staff are very understanding and will hold onto items beyond their return date and even call me to remind me when collection is overdue.

Lack of understanding of processes and sheer stubbornness amazes me.I was asked to return with more proof of identity even after producing a passport, DL and Medicare card.I returned with a birth certificate only to be told it was in a wrong format!!!Eventually had to go to a different post office and did everything without any issues.

Disappointing behaviour from the people behind the counter. Rude and abrupt! Will avoid this post office like the plague in the future. They seriously need lessons on how to treat customers with respect and kindness.

The worst. Does not even bother to check if my parcel is on hold in the back despite me stating that I had received notification that it had arrived and was ready for collection.Did not know the procedure to follow up in what seemed like a discrepancy on their end and would have preferred, for the staff’s convenience that I came back to the post office on a day the manager was around.Not on.
