Massive variety of great craft supplies, party supplies and homewares/bric-a-brac, however the $10 charge for filling a singe balloon with helium, on-top of the charge for the balloon it’s self has me scratching my head.The policy regarding non-cash payments is pretty pathetic too.** REPLY TO OWNER **Spotlight charge $8 which includes hi-float and a fee for supplying your own balloon, which I did not do when I visited your store.Lombards charge $8.99 for helium inflation.I am aware that your store takes EFT payment, however there is a minimum spend, I think it is $5? I was turned away by a staff member on one occasion as I did not have any cash and my purchase was only $4. There is also a surcharge for all card payments which is discouraging.As above, the store has a really big and really great range of products and I do thoroughly enjoy browsing the isles for quirky, interesting and handy things for home and craft projects.

Lovely stuff but some items are over priced

I love coming here with no intention to buy anything. The store has a lot of product but isn’t crammed in and is really well sorted by “theme”. Definitely recommend popping in here BEFORE you go to Spotlight!! My go-to for craft supplies and party/gift items.

I'm 7 months pregnant and bought over $130 worth of party supplies and went to wheel my items to my car in a little trolley. I was stopped and told I had to keep the trolley in the store and carry my items to the car"...I explained that I'm clearly pregnant and the bag was too heavy and I was going to bring the trolley back. I was made to feel like a criminal while another worker being called out to carry my bag to my car while he simultaneously kept OPENING my bag twice on the way to look at what I had just purchased. Disgusting treatment of a customer! Will be reporting."

They have beautiful home deco flowers. Same quality as some of the expensive home deco shops, but the price is much cheaper.Very friendly staff, last time I bought a couple of big photo frames and some other stuff, one of the shop assistances carried for me to my car.
