Asked for a blow dry with a straight finish as I have a short bob. No product used at all including anything to protect hair from heat. First go was left with hair looking like I’d had rollers just taken out. Had to request hair straightener to be used. One side was then done so hair curled outwards at the bottom while the other side was done so it curled in at the bottom. Was so fed up I just paid and left.

I had my hair cut, toned, coloured and blow dried with Farnaz today and it was a great experience! I love my hair and I would recommend her to others. I have quite thin hair and often find it painful to have my hair washed and then brushed by other people, but she was so gentle without even prompting.I’ve read some of the negative reviews on here, but I struggle to compare that to what I experienced today. I plan on going back again!

I have visited this salon before and Holly put a full head of foils and toner. I was happy with the results and booked another appointment. After arranging care for my two young kids, I made my way to the salon. I was greeted and advised that my stylist no longer works there. I received no phone call to advise me of this. I was absolutely livid. The explanation provided to me was that “they were new” and “they didn’t know I had an appointment”. I find that hard to believe when the appointment book is sitting at the counter. Absolutely appalling - do not go here !!

This review is about Farnaz who did bleach highlights for my hair and styled it last week. I can sincerely say that I have never been happier with salon work and I have been to some of the top ends salons in Melbourne. my last highlights were done at Salon Gabriel! I have Middle Eastern hair type and she did magic with my hair! Farnaz is so professional and patient and at the same time her friendly manner makes the long wait in the salon all the more pleasurable! Definitely recommend her!

Don’t bother going there. They’ll ask you to wait for sometime and then say its too late. I arrived there at 4 pm and I was asked to wait for 10-15 minutes after which they said, “ sorry it’s almost closing time so we can’t help you today.” It’s a complete wastage of time and bad customer service.
