I have tried to buy a few things here unsuccessfully. Everyone seems to be running around confused about who is in which area and if there is stock of items or not. That's if you can get served in the first place.

We had a great experience with Harvey Norman Hervey Bay. We had the pleasure of dealing with Marita who assisted us with the purchase of a number of items for our kitchen that we had renovated. Marita was able to offer us the items at a competitive price and was always available by both phone and email to assist with any query we had. We appreciate the help she offered and the customer service she gave us.

Not happy with their photo shop , I have limited knowledge of their phone Photo Shop App , so I drove into the shop to get their guidance & assistance , was roughly shown how to use , photos printed. Then found my photos have the top & bottom cut off them allI went back asked why & was then told its a setting in the App , the lady didn’t explain that to me or showed me this before printing themWhat was the point of driving in to get their assistance , paid money for photos I cannot useI will try OfficeWorks next time , I find HN difficult to deal with

After shopping at this store for years, and buying everything for several houses there, I encountered some rude and unprofessional service from the photoshop area.Thinking I would be a valued customer due to my long history with the store and list of purchases I was shocked to just be fobbed off by the section manager.(who was almost as rude as the team member )Since then I have spent a fortune at the Good guys and other retailers around town, where I usually would have bought everything from Harvey Norman.

Have stopped using this store after 14 yrs....Each time we visit now, we never get the best price, Exclusive Brands only sold by this store are never discounted. Service is always good, but they never win on price, so have to go elsewhere and buy. Graham
