Joe was very professional and had great communication from the get go. I am not well versed with pipes and plumbing and yet he took the time to make sure that I understood everything. A job well done and very happy with the service that he provided! :)

Damian was good and on time. I wanted a simple toilet seat repair done which at least this company was happy to do. I have rung other plumbers and they were resistant in doing so because it was a simple odd" job. He was experienced and noticed my washing machine issue which had been bugging me for a long time. He suggested to fix it and it was great. He effectively communicated the issue so I could understand it. The call out fee is also significantly cheaper than other plumbers which I have investigated. If you have a membership with them the next services will negate to call out fee. This includes gas and electrical services"

The real deal if you want to fix your toilet. Professional staff and very responsive to fix the issue. They are honest about the value and make sure join their membership to get good discount. You will not be disappointed, a great company for your plumbing needs :)Good to see they take their time to fix the problem, which is good for the customers that shows good quality standard.

The one star is for the staff trying to make appointments. Otherwise, this business is appalling. The plumbers may be good, but I never got to find out because they just didn't turn up!!! I was told they'd be here between 7 and 10 am. I rang the office at 9.30 to see how far off the plumber was, and was told he went home sick, that someone else could come, but it would be much later, which simply was not suitable! A very poorly run business, I suggest you look elsewhere for a plumber.

We've used this company twice and twice they've been great!Just today we had some young lads out and they were great. (Lochie B and co- worker)On time, they got in, got the job done, explained things as needed, and even took their shoes off and on every time they had to go in and out from the car. Cleaned up after themselves and were polite the whole time throughout.We will continue with this company, for not just plumbing but electrical etc alsoJeff & Roza

PlumbFirst was contacted by us to install a new Rainwater Tank pump which is now connected to the toilets and the connections (already installed pipeline) to the front yard. Its now working very good.Joel was very professional in understanding the issue and recommended the appropriate pump size. He also gave the quoted price in advance and there was no surprise to the cost to me.Mathew was very good on hands on installation of the pump. the workmanship was very neat and clean.Highly recommended plumbing company. My ratings are 5 Star ***** for this job.

Appalling experience - we had a plumber come out for an inspection and he was rude, obnoxious and dishonest. He lied about his name, and he was having a casual chat with a friend at our dining table while supposedly writing a report" for us. He was so rude that we had to tell him to leave. He was wearing a ComfyFirst shirt. DO NOT GO WITH EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES."

Tom did the quote,very speedy and friendly and he did a good fix til replacement hot water could be done the next day. Joe did the install -a new hot water unit- he is an absolute legend. Efficient, on time and lovely trusted guy. Very good chat and support with an older lady at home. Young electrician was great also- forgot his name sorry, but Plumb and elec first are great! Highly recommend if you need elec, plumb, Reno, installs and repairs.
