4* as the experience isn't the best. Self service helps keep the cost of business down so you get cheaper fuel. Only one option of unleaded that is ok. The site is well lit in the night time and mostly clean. No issues unlike other self service United sites

Unmanned. No problems using debit card. Cheapest fuel around. If you want diesel, check the nozzle size fits before selecting pump. Not busy.

Cheapest fuel in town via self-service machine (no staff or shop). Instructions say to enter fuel pump number first, but the machine takes your card first. Also does not seem to take eftpos cards (as stated) unless they are also visa or mastercards.

The only place to get e85 from a bowser. At $1.99 very expensive but it's still better than 98

They double charge your account and do nothing about it - the money for the fuel is in their account and yet the same amount is still pending so I can't use my own funds - you speak to someone off shore who doesn't understand English very well and clearly doesn't give a feck two days I have contacted them and nothing

24 hour unattended fuel stop. Prepaid for diesel then found that the nozzles were different sizes and it didn't fit a modern car. Had to organise refund and change of bowser. The call button at the console didn't work to call assistance. Had to call the number direct. Got through to someone very unhelpful. Will be avoiding in the future.

I sent an email as the owner had suggested it still took another 4 days to reimburse the funds they were holding - If you have plenty of money and don't mind people holding your funds for a week even after they have taken the money from your account go there, I note the lack of concern from the owner he provided no point of contact other than a generic email address whom I still have not received a response from. It appears customer service is low on united petroleum's list of priorities
