The Butcher Club

I have been a very happy customer of Butchers Club for 3 years. Meat is of very high standard. All meat should be at room temperature before cooking or sausages will split and steaks will not be as tender, standard stuff people. One of my family favourites is the Lamb sausages with real honey and rosemary, just lovely flavour. Cook slow as not to burn the skins because of honey. Roasts are great with minimal shrinking and full flavour because of no chemicals and no hormones. All meat is of exceptional quality. We have never had anything to complain about. And the service is always good. The people are always happy to serve you and always courteous. I will not buy my meat from any other shop. Butchers Club at Woodgrove Melton is excellent. Definitely 5 star.

I like some of their products however I find them always closing early like tonight was 15min.Judging by the management's attitude i wouldn't want to keep her waiting 1 min

the chicken sausages have NEVER been made properly. they ALWAYS split and implode on my BBQ. I have been able to eat about 10% of the chicken sausages iv bought from your store in watergardens and ill never been buying them from you a sixth time

Bought beef sausages here yesterday. They were the worst sausages i have had. According to the butcher (manager), the sausages are mixed with lamb and beef together. I told him that the sausages actually really stink during the cooking process. I told him that he should not sell the sausages as beef sausages because they are NOT!I will not be buying sausages of him again.The staff here are really friendly and polite.The rest of the meats seem to be ok.

i’m a long term customer strictly due to how good their customer service is. They never let me down with how fast and efficient they are in looking after me. Really love these people and i’ll continue to keep coming here.

These guys go above and beyond for me every time ensuring I leave a satisfied customer. Always quick and enthusiastic service, followed by tasty quality meat. I travel from 30 minutes away to get my meat from here every weak, the best .
