Great range and great service - The team were a pleasure to deal with and very much looking forward to my new pool this summer!

Narellan pools, you are the biggest joke of a business.You have lied through your teeth since I engaged you to build my pool.I now have an 80k liability in my backyard and your failure to comply to Australian safety standards is beyond me.However, your ability to pass the fault to the builder, certifier, franchiser, landscaper, council, plumber or electrician is to be applauded.

The pool building process from the start to finish has been a pleasant and relatively painless experience which took about 3 to 4 weeks. The credit really goes to Narellan Pools North Sydney & Sydney City by Tim and team.I have a small side access less than 900mm to build a 8 metre pool. I have had other pool companies come and quote with a big whinge for such a small side access. Narellan Pools didn't once throughout the process.Everyone are professional and efficient from sales, excavation, concrete and installation teams. Honest too as they talked me out of getting some unnecessary extras. Someone even brought me a roll of toilet paper when I couldn't get one at my local.Shout out to my project manager Matt who kept me in constant communication and managed the build superbly. Other shout outs from the names I remember are Arthur, Jay, Mark, Dillon, Terri, Marcello, Mitch (sorry I forgot a few names along the way). Thank you Tim and Narellan Pools North Sydney & Sydney City for being extraordinary.

Narellan have been beyond disappointing. Matthew Wright in SA over promises and under delivers every step of the way. He charges the most and promises a high quality product, we have everything but! They installed the wrong colour pool after running a month behind. The tiling is totally uneven and wasn't screeded, the plumbing work all leaked, and they installed the gas heater back to front. His tiler is also his excavation driver, clearly not a tiler. When problems occur and you try to reach Matt he is not available and will pass you on to his dad.

I would like to sing my praises to the team at Central Coast Narellan Pools. The team and their contractors were all extremely helpful and did their job with a minimum of fuss and a cheerful attitude. The whole process was very smooth and not any imposition on our time or availability. A really top-notch job Team Narellan! We are more than happy to recommend you to anyone wishing to get a pool!
