Ergo Yoga Space is a beautiful and warm studio with a generous teacher. I feel totally comfortable to just be myself (a learner) in this space, which makes for a beautiful synergy between the yoga practice and my routine life. Thank you Simone! 11/10.

Ergo Yoga Space is a godsend - I’m especially addicted to Physical Training with Stephane on Mondays at 6.30pm - an energetic mixture of simple dance warm ups with yoga and pilates. Stephane’s vibe is fun and friendly while keeping the heart rate up, building core strength, flexibility and body awareness. So good!! Can’t recommend highly enough.

I have always found this teacher practises and encourages good self care, & to learn to listen to one’s body in our different seasons that we go through. She too I’ve found is willing to listen to my needs and work in routines that will help. So many times she has helped me unlock my body out of its pain. If I’m consistent I find readings in cholesterol and glaucoma come down.

Ergo Yoga its a beautiful yoga studio. Im taking Angela prenatal yoga classes and I couldn't recommend it more. It’s a great complement during pregnancy.

After years and years of trying different yoga classes, I finally found Simone. Her classes are amazingly positive and very harmonic and gently helped me adjust my body. She guides very clearly. After 10 sessions of her classes, I can use the mussels that I always have issues with them. Highly recommending

Ergo Yoga Space is a little gem of a studio in the heart of Coburg. So pleased to finally have a great local yoga studio. The teacher Simone is very knowledgable and delivers very inclusive classes for all levels. I always walk away feeling much lighter than when I first walked in.
