Sails Geraldton Accommodation

After spending a couple nights here with what appears to be cockroaches in the unit, I decided to inform reception so they could attend to the matter. Rather than accepting my feed back, the lady became defensive and suggested that I might only be wanting my money back. This was not my intention. Unlike another place I gave feed back to, who were grateful, this person even suggested I May have been making it up despite the picture.I was very disappointed at her response as my intentions were only meant to be good. Finally, I said this would not look good on a review, to which she replied, “are you making a threat?” No! I only make promises.I hope she can learn to be more grateful for honest and helpful feedback.

We had a fantastic stay here. Very friendly accommodating staff, we appreciated the late checkout. Rooms were immaculate, comfortable and equiped with everything you would need. Used the BBQ out the back for dinner which was great. No complaints whatsoever and would recommend this place to anyone. Cheers

Very clean rooms with tea & coffee cooking facilities in the common area, good value for the area. Bed a little hard for my own personal liking.

The room and communal kitchen well exceeded my expectations for the price. The towel origami is very impressive. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was not disturbed by noise.There's no lift to the upper floor, so less-able guests should ensure they get a ground floor room. My room had a tall bench for making tea or coffee but no table to sit at.

Very good motel. Comfortable beds very clean. You will never complain about the hot water!!

Huge thanks to Karen and team, the most wonderful host's. Definitely stay here again. Clean rooms, excellent cooking facilities and pool area. Close to shops with the CBD just down the road.

Room was comfortable, good with Aircon and facilities. The room was clean quite and perfect for a night stop, didn't see the pool or other facilities, good WiFi. Only downside is that it was a bit dated inside, we booked through agonda but they had cancelled the booking, I rang the hotel and they sorted us out straight away and charged us a better rate than agonda, so always book direct!

The rooms here are very clean and comfortable. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we got a room when most places were fully booked. It's perfect for an overnight stop and close to everything. The other guests were friendly and quiet.

Had a great stay for the better part of a week.Reception staff were friendly and happy to assist me with anything I needed. Get the job done with minimal fuss.Support staff are also friendly, work hard and keep the rooms and grounds very clean.Pool and BBQ areas are nice if you get the time. Ample parking on site. Free WiFi.There aren’t too many downsides to Sails if anything the rooms and the complex could do with a bit of a make over to modernise it a bit more. But understandably costly.Other than that the rooms should have curtains not blinds so to properly block out all light at night and help with reducing noise from road.These are but minor things. Great place to stay for the cost. Thanks!! See you next time!
