Our Vet Springvale
We always go to best friends to buy all our items we require for our cats. Great range of food choices, toys, flea treatment & lots of other stuff. Also there is a vet service in there too. We took our cat there & we were very happy with the service & how our cat was handled with great care. Great store, easy access & very friendly helpful staff.

Excellent customer service from all the staff we deal with when we go. Particularly pleased with the personalised care for our GSD Puppy. Dr Riian gave a full explanation of the procedure he undertook, and what was causing the issues our dog had presented with and after care information. Couldn’t be happier highly recommended it here.

We adopted our cat here in 2021, and now all 5 of our cats attend the vet here regularly. The staff are amazing, the vet is so kind and professional. Definitely recommend if you want an ongoing vet that will remember you and your pets.

Our Vet Springvale
We wanted to find a new vet who would actually answer our questions and concerns for our new puppy. Super friendly vet. Clearly has critical thinking ability to interpret common misconceptions and research studies. He tells us why he recommends certain things. Took the time to explain everything instead of dismissing us. We previously had to Google everything as our old vet elsewhere did not answer anything. Will be coming back for future pet needs.

Exceptional customer service and available product range at Best Friends Springvale and Moorabbin. Vet staff are so friendly and Vet Riian takes such good care of my pets.
