Very happy with the service, would highly recommend going to Dr. Boom for phone repairs, they have fixed problems with my phone on many occasions.

Purchased a phone case and screen protector after purchasing new phone screen protector been fine but, Phone case was not even the correct one for the model was 1 generation earlier and i put a credit card in the side and the backing came out and I couldn’t even get the credit card out and it was ruined and unusable after using it once. Not to mention the case does not even fit the phone properly and is now falling out of the 90$ case when they could have just sold me a case for the correct model. I only noticed when i got home and seen the packet in the bag that had the case in that they threw the case packet in the bag straight away and it says iphone 12 pro max instead of 13 pro max which is what i needed. Not to mention the wallet aspect being completely useless after one use having the credit card stuck and the backing already falling out. I have had cases shipped from china for 5$ for my old phone better quality then this garbage quality otterbox. Will not be back here upon purchase of my upgrade in September. Lost a valuable customer. I did not go into the store since because i have severe anxiety and do not like public places or interacting with people so I’ve had to deal with it for 12 months
