Went in to grab some products this morning2 staff members were at the counter talking and not 1 of them acknowledged me when I walked through the door.I knew what I was looking for but regardless was not asked once if I needed help with anything.The only time I have had great customer service was with Callum. No other staff seem interested in customer service at allNot a great experience at all

I had the best service yesterday ( Wednesday morning 9th May) the young gentleman who attended to my sale is a credit to this store and hope he will progress to a senior position in the near future.

Quoted $315 for a dashcam install saying it would take 4 hours. It took less than 2 hours and they still charged me $300 with no explanation of why it still cost the same as 4 hours work and the car smelt like cigarettes when getting it back.

This newly renovated Autobarn is an amazing place to visit, it's been my experience that the staff are both knowledgeable and friendly.It is well stocked and very neat and tidy.Well worth a look.

Having been a long time customer at this store I was most disappointed on my recent visit when I was greeted by an unsympathetic and rather curt staff member when I called to collect a prior order and ask about a return or exchange of a previously purchased item.Maybe I came in at a bad time, but it is the staff’s pleasant helpful attitude that makes a business.
