Terrible customer service, zero communication especially during the floods. No paddock rotation system, overcrowded and rugs don’t get done up properly most of the time.You get kicked out via a rude text if you evacuate your horse before the property goes under water.Wouldn’t recommend.

I've been agitating at this property for the last 6 months and after having my horses at multiple centres over the years I have never come across one with such high standards of care at very reasonable rates. All the paddocks have electric fencing, automatic waters and shelters. The owner is flexible and is willing to cater to your needs, the arena is absolutely beautiful to ride on and the property is constantly being improved. Highly recommend!

Pretty average service provided by the guys managing the property, zero customer service skills or communication.The property also floods and there is no communication or recovery plan and they don't wash done the paddocks after the floods.No facilities on site i.e toilet etc

I had my horse at Leaning Willow Lodge for just under a year. My horse's paddock continuously had rubbish and metal from the owner's projects in his yard. Rubbish was constantly left around the property and allowed to fly about in high winds. I was once in the arena when multiple large packing boxes flew across scaring a number of horses. The owner also regularly keeps his dogs in kennels in the back corner of the arena which I have observed causing a number of horses to spook dangerously. My horse had a terrifying fall in the area adjacent to the wash bay because the owner had installed washed concrete which, when wet, became very slippery under foot. I sent photos to the owner only for the problem to go unfixed for months, and later heard that horses had previously had falls in the same area which were not addressed. Finally, despite knowing that most agistees ride on the weekend, the owner would carry out major construction using heavy machinery immediately adjacent to the two flat riding areas without any notice. The construction had the potential to spook the horses and was dangerous.
