Harrison's Pet Hotel
Dimitri and Natalie so kindly looked after my dog with very little notice and are highly recommended. They were so friendly and flexible with my early work hours and kindly updated me during the day with a photo so I knew he was happy and safe. I know they have a genuine love and care for animals as my boy was so happy and calm when I picked him up. Will certainly use them again!

I found Dimitri and Natalie on a pet care & services app and went through the standard process of exchanging details re. my dog Maya and them of their pet caring and minding experience which helped me feel comfortable about leaving Maya with them. They are very responsible, provided me with updates and photos when I messaged them. Communicated in a timely manner. Maya came home so happy as if she also came back from a vacay! She even chased after them when they dropped her off. I think she’s fallen in love with these two. Thank you.

We engaged Dimitri and Natalie through Madpaws. We were just looking for someone to feed and walk our dogs at our home for one evening and morning. On that basis it's hard to give a really thorough review (hence the 4 stars) and if we use their service in the future for a more extended stay I might have more to say at that time. We had a meet and greet before the day and they impressed as responsible young people who love dogs. Dimitri's communication was good and the dogs were fed, walked and played with.
