I have had an account with Nubco for many years. It has always been good dealing with them as they have a very wide variety of tools and materials.I have found their prices to be quite competitive and of good quality.I have only had one bad experience with them and that was completely the fault of just one staff member . This issue was very well handled by the manager at the Mornington branch.The staff are very knowledgeable and considering the huge range of products I have found it very commendable that you rarely get a staff member who has to seek information on a product.My purchase today was not available at the Moonah branch when I phoned them yesterday . Rick the sales person I spoke to was able to answer all of my , many questions. He located the item that I wanted at the Kingston store, placed the purchase on my account and a short time later phoned me to advise me of when I could pick the item up, the weight and dimensions of the piece of machinery and the logistics of loading it onto my vehicle (350 kgs).All up I'm pretty impressed.The staff are always very busy and there is a short wait for service in store , maybe five minutes .The dispatch area can take a little longer depending on who is ahead of you.Once again they work as quick as they can to get to you.
