I would HIGHLY recommend, the service is fantastic, they have always been so helpful. Tyson goes over and above with his customer service couldn't be happier. Wouldn't go any where else. Thanks guys

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. After installing four new wheels they called up advising that the car was ready and they had performed their ‘complementary safety check’ and would need the below fixed for an extra $450. The ‘problems’ found were1. Wipers worn2. Battery failed check3. Rear brake pads and discs low with “only 2mm left”.I did not go ahead with getting their safety check recommendations but instead took it to my mechanic for a second opinion, as I was concerned being a safety issue. After performing the check it was found that the battery was healthy and the rear brakes were ok, only half used. This contradicts the initial report and seems that I have been given misleading advice. This is disappointing as I put trust into this company. My experience has made me feel like this is a very poor business model, which mycar Tyre and Auto need to address if they want to further build their brand and customer loyalty. Due to this discrepancy I am reluctant to recommend this to anyone.

Busy as usual, but staff are friendly and professional. If the wait time can be shorter it will be fantastic but you can do grocery shopping while you are awaiting

I dropped in without an appointment to have a brake light fixed. The staff were very warm and friendly and willing to do the job on the spot.It was quick and affordable and great customer service. We will not hesitate to come again!

Last minute booked in a quick tyre repair and the service was just that, quick and easy with no fuss at all. Tyson although I could tell was really busy manage to squeeze us in and got it done with no issues.First time trying this place out and am now thinking about coming back for all future car services.

I had my tyres changed recently and I experienced an excellent customer service from Tyson and team. They gave me proper advise me on the selection of tyres and went above and beyond to perform additional diagnostics to inform me on my car's roadworthiness.

I had an awesome experience, while going to Kmart my car at Burwood east. This was not my first experience I had been going there the team is very good and friendly. I would like to thanks especially Tyson who made me a permanent customer. He always gives a very fair advise and spot on. I wasn’t even able to sort one of the issues for my car at dealer however he mentioned without even looking and was spot on.I had my car tyre rotation and battery replaced and was very pleased with the overall service.Apologies if I spelled you wrong …Thanks Tyson.

Tyson and Jake have been awesome in checking my tyre and providing advice on my damaged wheel rim. Really appreciated their time and input. Once I got the new rim they put it on while I waited. I really appreciated all their efforts. Really happy!!

The lovely staff at MyCar went well out of their way to help me jump-start my car whilst shopping. Once my car re-started they offered to check the battery and gave a proper explaining as to why and how it's done which made me feel even more happy with the service they provided.Thank you so much!!
