If I could give Mark & his team 10 stars, I would!Called first thing after a long weekend and they were able to fit my car in that afternoon. They were extremely helpful, transparent with the diagnosis and they gave me excellent advice for looking after my vehicle for the future. Absolutely top notch people, service and advice. 1000% recommend.

Not recommendedGot a quote from MYCAR in Hobart for 4 new tyres and wheel alignment.Was in Huonville for few days and got a quote from this dealer . Originally a lot more expensive than Mycar. They offered to price match the deal from Mycar that was $110 lower.I decided to support the local rural community.Big mistake !The extremely rude owner Mark, told me AFTER the fitment of my tyres ,that my car needed a new wheel bearing as well as bolt joints on the steering. Because of that they can not do the promised wheel alignment. He then proceeded to charge me the full amount that is suppose to include the wheel alignment. Not cool. If I used Mycar in Hobart they would not have charged me for the service.It was clear that everybody working at the business seemed unhappy and with a owner like that , i FULLY understand why.If you enjoy getting ripped off and being treated like a prisoner of war ,then this is a must visit business.

Friendly, honest and straight forward. Clean bright office with a nice waiting room. They explained everything they did and listened to what I wanted done and overall were very helpful. The prices were very reasonable. I'll be going back.

I drove in without a booking to enquire about replacing my car battery. Mark and team gave me prompt, friendly service and replaced the battery on the spot. Highly recommend for great service alone!
