Easy to book and prompt appointment. Very professional friendly service and a very good job. Furniture looks near new again.Will definitely use again.

Dry master Carpet Cleaning were not the one that arrived, possibly an outsourced family business who had no idea what services I had requested through Drymaster. Will not be using Drymaster again! I expected professional service people not a couple who weren't professional. No referrals from me!

I am not sure how this business has gotten so many stars on Google. An absolute bloody rip.off. My elderly mum was ripped off . The guy apparently did 3 rooms of carpet clean in under an hour by himself. That alone should have tipped us off. The carpets still looked so dirty & when my mum questioned him on how the job was completed so quickly? He was so defensive & said well they are clean. Have a look for yourself. Ever since the carpets have been cleaned" about a couple of weeks ago. We have gotten sick in the house from mould. I am making an official complaint to ACCC about these dodgy operators. Ripping off older Queenslanders is just not on."

Not the cheapest company, but still very reasonable for the work they do. In fact often using the cheapest can be a red flag so these guys are the real deal.Technician was experienced and cleaned up after himself which for a bond clean is a must. Removed several stains from a pretty old couch in the fully furnished apartment. Would definitely recommend.

Cleaner was late and already complaining of being rushed. After 1 hour the cleaner finished and during this time he received a call from his next client complaining that he was late. I was left with a stripy sofa and most of the sofa had not been touched- I reluctantly paid the $200 as I was aware that the cleaner was on a tight schedule and I was wasting my time asking him to complete the job and decided instead to immediately ring head office. I was eventually put onto Mark who asked me to send the photos of all of the problems. After a day I rang again to see if they were going to send out a cleaner to fix the problem. I was advised that the cleaner would come on Friday however i was going to be at work and my teenage son would be in. Mark made a big deal saying that the stains would not come out, however on Friday the stripes were all removed but I am still left with the stains on the other sofas that I had highlighted at the time to cleaner and mark as the cleaner did not attempt them. I have since texted mark to say I am not happy as I had wanted to scotch guard the sofas through them but why would I fix the stains permanently on the sofas? I suggest as a company put your prices up and take less clients so your poor staff have enough time to do a better job. Do not use this company if you want a complete clean sofa.Additional response to Reply from company-See additional photos to demonstrate point- photo of stripy sofa before and after revisit. You will notice that the stripes were removed after second visit however the other sofa which I complained about was not touched.Sofa was not ‘ trashed’ and cleanable however the poor staff are not given long enough to spend on the job as in rush moving to the next job.

I have dealt with this company twice, and both times they have been fantastic.The first time in 2019; I enquired to book a particular date, they said they were in the area and could come over straight away, which worked out great.This week; I had booked them weeks in advance to make sure I was organised and had the day I needed. There was great communication from both the company and cleaner; John called half an hour before arriving to say he was on his way, and he was friendly and efficient.I find Drymaster to be reasonably priced and they do an excellent job with wonderful customer service.

Each time I have engaged the Drymaster Team, from start to finish, the experience has been excellent. I would have no hesitation in reckon mending them and their services.

We recently had Luke come to our office to clean our carpets, office chairs and boardroom chairs. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He has done a great job with our commercial furniture and we will be using Drymaster again.
