Sally at reception is extremely rude. They don't return phone calls, don't take new patients, and request your referral, simply to waste your time by making you have to scan it.

The help im recieving from Dr. Zahra Noori has been a blessing i never knew i needed. I dont think i would of been able to tackle what ive been though and yet to go through without her support.She truly understands the physical emotional and life long losses caused by road trauma.

Absolute rip off. $450 for an innitial appointment stating for more than 45 min. Session was only 45 min. Person went in to get diagnosed to just be told its most likely depression and anxiety. You cant say that after knowing someone for 45 min. Waste of money. I just cant believe they think its ok to charge so much for an appointnent not even an hour long.

If I could give less stars then one I absolutely would for Dr Neeraj. As some who has bought private health to get better care I have definitely been let down. Wouldn’t write referrals, canceled appointments without notice, hand balled onto a public care team and discharged as a patient by him without even being told, it was only when I rang his office to query something I was informed by reception I was discharged with no reason given.

I had an appointment booked with this clinic two months ago. A very urgent psychiatric appointment and they called me tonight to cancel and reschedule from the 9th of June to the 27th of July because my psychiatrist has COVID. Does that even make sense? A whole extra month and some because the doctor has COVID. The appointment is a teleconsult (over the phone) so it's not even face to face and the doctor just cancel. Terrible ethics. Terrible professionalism. Do not trust these dirtbags with your health.
