*****By far the worst Real estate agent*****It's impossible to get hold of them (especially Carina), we came back from holidays, and the heating was not working during the winter season. We tried to contact the agent several times but had no luck. We had to contact the owner directly to sort things out on multiple occasions.They either didn't pick up the calls or reply to emails; even if they did, no actions were taken.They even deducted the payment from our bond for the invoice already paid previously, and only issued a refund when complained.Note: even if you love the property and you see 'Foreal property' signage, RUN AWAY and never look back!!

This is the worst real estate .. landlords be careful before you take them. All sweet talk when they want business once you are their client they will not care and will make it really difficult for you being a landlord. Never ever go for them poor service no documents they keep and do what they want.... they are the worse people to deal with and no experience just have licence ao do what they want

Carina our manager ( and team) was great, kept the process of entry and exit to be simple, flexible and fair.When matters needed attending to they were completed in a reasonable manner.It was a good customer experience.Thanks guys!

Ash has been absolutely phenomenal in the overall process. Very professional, he was personally involved in the end to end Leasing process. He made sure everything was well taken care for. Highly highly recommended. Great work Ash.

From the very beginning when I first met this one particular agent, I knew we were going to be in a world of pain. Dealing with her was honestly, the worst experience of my life.I can recall many incidents where she was trying to scam us into transferring additional funds. But, the worst one out of them all had occurred at the end of our lease.She, had accused us of handing the property keys a week after the due date. Therefore, threatening us to send her 1 weeks worth of rent and withholding our bond. But in actual fact the property keys were physically handed to her a day prior to the due date.The owner/agent had submitted a claim to the NCAT and funnily paid $52 for a notice of conciliation and hearing.My roommate and I had done everything right and were fully prepared to go ahead with the trial.A few days later the NCAT was withdrawn by the agent and our bond was refunded back. Almost a year later, we have never received an apology for this atrocious and unprofessional behaviour.I am writing this to urge others to think 1000x before going ahead with foreal property. Don’t put yourself in unnecessary stress if you don’t have to.

Finding a good rental in one of the sought after suburbs in Sydney is indeed a daunting task but Carina is a fantastic agent and has been very comfortable to deal with throughout the process. She understood my situation and made the process from finding to renting a breeze. Thumbs up for the great service.

Very disappointng experience. 1) tenant was paying $80 less a week for quite a few weeks. We were neither informed nor action taken to recover the looses. I only came to know about the losses after I transferred the management to another company. 2) did not pay council fee for several quarters and no notification as well. They notified us only after the executive collection notice was sent and that notice was sent to us only after due date was expired. Very disappointng experience indeed.Prakash

If I can give them negative star, I would have. Worst property management. I don’t want to give too much details because I don’t want to spend my time teaching them how to look after a customer and do business ethically. What I know KARMA will eventually catch up with these ladies..because the money, time and health I lost is unforgivable. May God never forgive these ladies..

Stay away from these guys. Carina is the most unprofessional person that you will ever deal with. Doesn’t pickup calls, behaves rudely. She rented the property bad clients who didn’t pay rent on time. Carina, of course, didn’t care.The renters damaged my property and these guys didn’t deduct any money from bond. Later found that they keep the bond money themselves. These guys are fraudulent and dodgy.
