Two properties I manage required portable air conditioning to get them through the current hot spell whilst waiting for a permanent fix on their regular defunct A/C units. Both spaces were vastly different and I was unfamiliar with the product I was ordering.Jenna led me through the process expertly, holding my hand over the phone from start to finish until they were ready to quote and we were ready to accept. From that point, they completed delivery + installation within 2.5 business hours with one property, and within an hour on the other property. The products delivered have been perfect for the job, and the installation was tailored to suit each space; which in one instance would have been particularly challenging.I cannot recommend Climate Rental Solutions highly enough to anyone in need of a quick and effective solution with rental A/C - this was the best experience I've had as a new customer in recent memory, personally or professionally. I almost wish we needed them more often.

We have been using Climate Rental Solutions for a few years and they have helped us get out of some sticky situations. They are prompt and very well priced. And also prompt on picking up the equipment when needed, a must on some of our sites.

Called on a Thursday for a solution to a new retail space without cooling. Salesman Clint was extremely helpful and talked me through my options. He also arranged delivery for Friday. Fantastic considering the temperature is going to be extreme Saturday. Unit was delivered and I realized quickly that I should have chosen the larger model. The delivery person was fantastic, he returned 2 hours later and delivered the bigger unit. Exception customer service.

Climate Solutions are amazing with the latest products available we needed a strong portable unit for our Luxury event bus and we hired one for a week. We ended up buying it and ordered a second unit as well. Great work guys.

I have had many dealings with CRS over the past 7 years and Troy and his team offer a service second to none. Whether its heating or cooling equipment I require, they always come through for me and my customers. We were extremely happy with the service of Troy and his team after our server room air conditioner crashed, we had a portable unit on site and cooling just 45 minutes from our initial phone call. It was a smooth and effortless process. I would definitely recommend his services.

Our warehouse and office buidling roof was being replaced so all of our cooling units were disconnected throughout January and we needed a temporary solution at short notice. I phoned Troy and he determined our needs very quickly, then even waited til the hot weather was due before charging us, then promptly delivered our units the day we needed them. At Foodbank Victoria we required a solution to assist with the heat and smoke as we picked and packed preparing the food that will be delivered support those affected by the fires. Climate Rental Solutions, not only provided a solution but had it delivered and installed at our warehouse in Yarraville in a matter of hours.
