A+ Family Dental

I had a fear of going to the dentist before going to A+ Family Dental. I have been a few times now and more recently to have a tooth removed. I was worried it was going to hurt but the dental team are so gentle, calm and comforting that it was the best experience possible! Highly recommend A+ Dental!!!

Yes, yes, yes....Andrew, a dentist that knows his craft. The biggest explanation of my teeth, gums, and mouth ive ever had in my life. Totally at ease knowing he is only going to do what needs to be done, and what is best for my dental future. Saw a tooth he didn't like the look of which I was convinced was coming out, but had me booked in a day later for its repair. That's tomorrow and I can't wait! Bloody excellent!

Visited the Mackay branch this morning to get information about costs and when I could get an appointment to have my wife's teeth removed.The receptionist was so rude and not helpfull at all. She would not provide me with any information and when I asked for an appointment for consultation, she would not give me a date. My wife is chinese and I really hope that this is not the reason she would not assist us. I have previously visited this dentist and have had good service. It was however with another receptionist who provided me with the same information I requested today. So sad and not good enough A1 Family.

I took my 3year old son here today after a nasty fall- it was his first time at the dentist and I wasn’t sure how he would go. The staff were so warm and friendly and went out of their way to make my son feel comfortable and excited to be at the dentist- he genuinely enjoyed himself (trust me there was a lovely elaborate story of space with a cow jumping over the moon and the idea that the chair was the rocket ship- he loved it!). Aside from making his trip to the dentist relaxing (and fun!) it was great to have a dentist that explains everything as he goes, I feel educated and in control of the kind of dental care my son needs and loved that all options were provided to me with easy to understand details- including natural and holistic approaches. If you are looking for a dentist that is great for the whole family, look no further- I have no hesitations recommending this practice.

I recently attended the surgery for a procedure. The staff are very friendly & professional. They made me feel VERY comfortable & treated me like a long serving customer, even though it was my first visit. Highly recommended
