Not impressed at all. Used them as my Selling Agent recommended them. Found them to be impersonal, lack of friendliness and care. Sure they did the job but that is what I paid. Messed up the discharge documents. No apology just a cc when they sent the correct ones. No settlement statement sent to me before settlement to check. No calls to let me know what was happening. Received a call from my Selling Agent saying, Congratulations

Contacted to complete work on a property matter. Spoke with Peter who sounded professional and knowledgeable. He asked me to provide dot points which I duly emailed through. No response for a week. On calling back to follow up he advised my email had gone through to spam. He sent an acknowledgement email and advised he would email further the following week. No email received. Contacted and left a message. No call returned and when I called again phone wasn't picked up. I have now wasted two weeks when I could have and should have made enquiries at other firms. I don't understand why firms (legal or otherwise) do not simply advise from the outset that they are unable to take on the work instead of wasting the time and efforts of would be clients. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

These people are greedy!If you think big office and a nice location is going to give you a good outcome, then look else where.

Nikki and the team are absolute superstars very knowledgeable and professional they made subdividing and settling my property a breeze. Everyone says how complex it is to do something like this but Nikki made this process very easy and seamless. Highly recommended to anyone looking to subdivide their property.

C&L are by far the very best Legal Firm we have ever dealt with. The work performed and legal competency was absolutely oustanding. Their focus on providing the best and most cost effective outcome for the client is a hallmark of this company in our opinion. Genessa Dubbioso, the principal lawyer attending to our matter was flawless in her legal counsel (along with Nick Graham) and the customer service of both lawyers was second to none. We can and do very highly recommend C&L to anyone looking for the best in legal solutions and customer focussed representation.

Sadly not impressed, everything is at snail pace, even after supplying every document under the sun and more regarding a dearest deceased family member. Accounts department shocking as to date we asked for 2 itemised invoices and all we get = CRICKETS, under SA Law we are entitled to receive itemised invoices.We also did not get a receipt after the first payment we made, we then had to ask for it and no doubt it would have cost us money asking the lawyer for a receipt.

My partner and i had great dealings with the team at Commercial and legal. They were professional, helpful, knowledgeable and made our experience of buying a house that much easier.Definitely recommend the team at Commercial & Legal with conveyancing needs. Thanks again!

Chris Stewart and his team are rock star accountants who have helped us immensely in both business and personal finances. They are not daunted by the big jobs we've faced them with and have provided an exceptional service which has changed our opinion of accountants forever. If you need a friendly professional accountant who will act in your best interest and is willing to investigate multiple avenues and go further for you; then this is the firm for you.

Incredibly bad service, incompetent, unaware of the rules regarding FIRB approvals, and have resulted in a loss of AUD 5,700 on my part. I will be taking all actions necessary against Commercial and Legal to claim my losses. The most shocking of all - the firm could not even my residential address right and subsequently refused to issue an invoice to the correct address.Beautiful office spaces do not translate into good legal and conveyancing services. Please beware!Renee Wendelborn and Erin Freebairn are difficult and almost impossible to reach by phone and/or email. Queries are not responded to, even with multiple follow ups. Communication on important matters and updates of the process were patently lacking, causing great uncertainty and anxiety.Most critically, it appears that the professionals we hired, were completely unaware of FIRB approval rules for temporary visa holders purchasing established dwellings. This was the paramount matter we stated from the outset of the very first consult, and reiterated multiple times over different channels.Right now, as a result of the actions of Ms. Wendelborn and Ms. Freebairn, I am stuck in limbo, having no FIRB approval, having paid FIRB fees of AUD 5,700, and being unable to complete settlement on the property.

I would highly recommend Mohammad Jamili. We appreciated his expertise and support as a professional and knowledgeable conveyancer.
