Brighton Doctors

Very pleasant staff from the front desk to the gp. Waiting time was next to nothing. The practice was very clean and light. A great place to visit indeed.

I rang to see if they were taking any new clients, I spoke to the nicest medical receptionist I've spoken to in years and got an appointment straight away. Our forms were emailed to us so we had everything ready for our appointment. The wait time was short and when we went in to see the dr she was thorough and pleasant. She picked up on medical issues that had been missed by multiple dr's over the years. Highly recommended

My son injured his hand at Childcare, there was quite a bit of blood and for reassurance and requirements we had to get it looked at. I'm not a patient at Brighton but the receptionist was lovely and understanding. She welcomed me with open arms and the doctor who was quite behind took the time out of his busy schedule to look at my son and the nurse was beautiful too.I dealt with three people in a very stressful and emotional situation and they were all wonderful to deal with and amazing with my son. Would highly recommend. Can not fault them at all.

I have only been twice to the surgery so far, but already I'm aware that the treatment given will be far superior and thorough to any that my son, when he registers with the Brighton Doctors, and I have experienced in a very long while. The staff are happy and seem to want to make sure that every patientgets the necessary treatment that is needed. To me, it is a doctors and staff have only the best in personalty and treatment to offer patients, and us it's a precious gift because for so long we felt treatment we had wasn't all that we should have been getting. Prior treatment from elsewhere we felt as if we were being fobbed off, give them a pill, take their money and get rid of them. Not good enough where life is concerned.

Receptionists are rude and unhelpful. Only seen 2 there an older one and a younger one. Both are not very bright hut the older one is rude as they come. You could be standing there asking her a question, she's not on the phone and she ignores you, she doesn't know what's going on you explain to her what your situation is and she will literally forget. The younger one isn't bright either and assuming she is being trained by the older one that knows nothing. She's rude on the phone aswell.

Dr Pillay is an amazing person and doctor and I am very disappointed and sad to see him go. He was always friendly and thorough for our family and our medical needs. The other Dr is not so friendly so I'm reluctant to return once Dr pillay has left. God bless and good luck with your future endeavours Dr pillay from the Irwin family.

The best doctors I've ever had and a wonderful team...they take very good care of me and their patient..Will miss them all dearly when the surgery closes in September ..Thankyou for all you have done and your wonderful service.

Exceptionally helpful and friendly administration staff.All calls leading up to my 1st apt were professional handled.My new Doctor addressed all my concerns and arranged all necessary referrals efficiently.
