Does anyone at Motorserve Preston ever answer the phone? I've been told several times over the last two days that my call is valuable and hang on, only to be told that no one is available to take my call. Left a call back number to no avail and Can't get an online response either. So can someone please get back to me about my assessment for my RACV claim ? On second thoughts, don't bother

Service was terrible, took 5 months to finalise repairs even though it was only a bullbar replacement .I understand why our premiums are so expensive when insurance companies are using these useless third party companies.However this experience was only through the Preston office, I’ve dealt with the Epping Branch and they were great
