The owners Kash and Arun are such genuine and friendly people. They get to know there customers and remember names/orders. They make coffee far better then any other cafes in Vic Gardens!!

Conveniently located at VIC gardens to grab a quick coffee. Ordered a mocha and latte extra hot. Efficient and friendly service.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. We went there this morning to order two toasted sandwiches, two large cappacinos and two almond croissants. As I have an intolerance to tomatoes, I asked if they could just pull out the tomato before toasting it. I always ask this at any establishment where they insist on having tomato already in the sandwich, and my request has never seemed an inconvenience for any other cafe.Unfortunately the girl serving at Soul Origin refused. When I explained I have an intolerance, she again refused stating my boss won't allow me to take anything out". I was astounded to think that the "boss" of Soul Origin Richmond would deny a customer a simple dietary change to ensure their health is maintained. I was not asking for any discount for not having the tomato

STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES - THRY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS IN THEIR FOOD. My son was really looking forward to eating here for lunch. He has peanut allergy so we wanted to confirm the schnitzel baguette had no peanuts as an actual ingredient. The male server (pretty sure he is the manager or franchise owner) told us it had peanut. I was surprised and asked where and was told it’s “in it”. Clearly he could not be bothered and didn’t offer any alternatives. Awful customer service. Not a safe option for allergy sufferers given the website states that peanuts are NOT an ingredient in schnitzel baguettes - he clearly does not know what is in the food. So weird too because we eat out at pretty much all other similar outlets at the centre and have not received such a “can’t be bothered” attitude - most places happily offer info and service.

Rude staff who refused to acknowledge us. Long wait time for coffee as they misplaced our order. Never would have received it if we didn’t ask and the staff just put their head down when we required their attention.

Quickly gone down hill. The food is very good, but the coffee these days is weak and cold and the staff are rude and apathetic.

I work near this centre and get my coffee here most mornings, which is really good. Never had a bad one. The best in Victoria Gardens. Prakash and Arun remember exactly who you are and what your order is after a few visits. They are amazing and their staff are equally as friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

Quick and friendly service. Excellent tea and coffee. Great range of pastries and savoury wraps/baguettes.

SO at vic gardens is newly opened pop-up cafe. They serve good coffee and amazing salads. I tried chicken n pasta salad and it was outstanding. They have good range of salads and other breakfast/ lunch options.. its a must try place!
