I have used Craig & Lisa at Astute Brisbane Central since purchasing my first home over 20 years ago and have continued to use them ever since. Their service is exceptional, they are experts in there field and they make purchasing or refinancing so easy at such a stressful time. Everything is explained to you along the way and they are a real pleasure to work with, nothing is ever a problem. I also use Andrew and Damon for all my Insurance advice and they have looked after me now for many years as well. Everyone in this team is trustworthy, reliable, honest and an absolute pleasure to deal with I could not recommend this company enough for all your Financial or Insurance needs.

Craig and Andrew has been taking care of our mortgage and insurances for 7 years now. They are supportive and explain techincal terms easily. They provide utmost professional services next to none.

Extremely disappointed by Craig's lack of understanding/professionalism. We were using Craig to help us get our first home loan as first home buyers we didn't know the in's and out's of how to get a home loan so we appointed Craig as our broker prior to COVID we were in a better position to build a home although once Covid hit we were no longer able to build our first home as my husband was on job keeper and we had more financial stressors to deal with we ended up having to buy an older home. We decided we would try and get our home loan by ourselves due to the cost savings. We did end up being able to successfully get a smaller mortgage by our own means, however once Craig found out he rang my husband and was SO rude and didn't care that we were First home buyers/ being on job keeper at the time. He was angry and frustrated that he wasn't getting his payday. All I can say is that we won't forget how rude and non professional he acted towards us.

Very disappointed with service. Paid a large fee to get Craig working on my loan, but in the end he said he couldn't do it. Ended up going with a FREE broker that managed to get my loan approved with one of the Big 4. Save your money and use a FREE broker. He did come back to me later with an alternative, but surely someone charging a large amount would be able to get a loan approved with the Big 4 if another broker could do the same. Not impressed.

I cannot thank Craig enough for his advice on how to communicate and negotiate with the banking sector. His recommendations have saved us at least $3000 per year in interest on our home loan. He is always happy to help and his positivity is uplifting. I highly recommend Astute Brisbane Central.
