After working with the Sabdia team for over 5 years, it was an easy decision as to who would build our family home. From design, to handover, Muhammad, Steve, Peter and the team are meticulous at their communication, which is backed up by their quality of build. No stone is left unturned and each aspect of a Sabdia home is thought out and well executed. After recommending many others to select Sabdia as their forever home builders, we’re thrilled to be taking the same advice.

I cannot thank Sabdia Constructions and their staff enough! We have had the best experience ever building the home of our dreams!My husband was skeptical in the beginning as he had heard horror stories of other builders, however after meeting with Sabdia and their team, they were able to understand our vision and what we needed and wanted in a home. The way they completed each stage, and how seamless the whole build experience was, truly made us ensure we will always build with Sabdia.We have been in our house for almost a year now and til date nothing has gone wrong. They have built perfection and our friends and family are still in awe every time they come around to visit!I’ve never met a more honest builder, who is so timely, and whose staff is a pleasure to deal with. My family purchased in 2020 a Sabdia constructed home in Holland Park 6 months after its construction. We therefore never dealt directly with the Sabdia Team during its construction, but we have dealt with the team after moving in while resolving a couple of minor matters.My family couldn't be happier with our high quality built home. It ticks every box that we could imagine and sometimes it is like residing in our own resort!As stated above the Sabdia team are committed to supporting their quality product after its construction and our dealings with the Sabdia team members has only been of a respectful and positive nature.Thank you again to the Sabdia team.

Sabdia Constructions only meets the very minimum Building Code requirements on some aspects of construction work. Over the last 2 years we have paid and continue to pay thousands of dollars to make modifications to meet what would be considered good building practice.

If you expect your driveway to crack, paint to peel off the walls, cornices to break and numerous electrical problems in less than 5 years after building, then this builder is for you. After numerous unanswered attempts asking for paint codes so that we can fix the pathetic manner in which the home was built ourselves not ever asking for warranty, enough is enough people considering this builder need to know what awaits.Edit: Unfortunately you can't reply to comments. The Sabdia team delivered what promised and more.The whole purchasing process went smoothly and the team always promptly accommodated our requests and suggested valid alternatives when required.The final product was delivered on time and with great attention to detail. In the last couple of months I had two independent assessors checking the quality of my home, both recognising my home as one of the better builds they have seen this year.Communication has always been great: pre sale, during the build and after handover.To be honest we couldn't be happier.I'd recommend Sabdia to all those looking for a quality build and a hassle free service.

The real estate agent from Place, Savva, was great and very patient with questions particularly in relation to contracts. The quality of the building was fantastic and we received a lot of compliments from friends / family – good attention to detail from the builders and painters. The landscaper was also good and accommodated to changes we requested with adding irrigation / changing a few plants. Muhammad was also very amenable to lots of changes in the contract that we requested e.g., extra fans and lights and an outdoor kitchen. Overall, our experience with actually buying a house with them was seemless.HOWEVER - The aftercare was very lacking. We needed to put in a lot of small maintenance requests. I think I am being fair when I say that MOST of these requests (which are valid and under warranty) still haven’t been addressed after 8-12 months of patience and multiple gentle reminders. In relation to responses to our feedback, we have been met several times with disappointing replies – one employee Stephen insinuating that feedback we gave on the grass not looking great was with the agenda for compensation (when it wasn't) and outright telling me that I was “lying”, the builder Muhammad advising the reason that we are not having any of our requests met are because the project manager has too many up and coming projects to look after (not our problem), and the rest of the time emails and phone calls just being blatantly ignored. There is no accountability about the time or trouble this has caused us (in fact, I wouldn't be surprised if this review was met with some more excuses from the team).Customer care should extend to after-care as well – it seems your company was just keen to close a deal and then move onto the other deals. Unfortunately, this is not how you keep long-term clients – especially when your client base are people who are likely to purchase more properties in the future. As working professionals, we don't appreciate being made to sound as though our requests aren’t valued or important (especially when our family has looked after your family members for medical care in the past).I love the house. It's beautiful and your designs are unique. But customer service is what is lacking here, and I highly doubt based on this experience that our next purchase will be through Sabdia Constructions.
