Laser Clinics Australia - Hornsby Westfield

Tired of waxing for over 2 decades, I am so pleased to have opted for Laser hair removal! Today I had my 6th session of laser hair removal at Laser Clinics Australia (LCA), Hornsby. I've had a very good experience so far and my treatment has progressed well with considerable reduction in my hair growth.The team of specialists at LCA, Hornsby are very professional, courteous and helpful (for instance, absolutely no dramas when I wanted to change my treatment dates, etc.) However, I would like to specifically compliment Janette who not only is super professional and great with the task, she's also very sweet and humble (I had to literally ask her about where I can leave her a review!). With really good conversation and people skills, Janette was able to make me feel comfortable through my session. She was also very responsive to my questions and feedback about previous sessions.Thank you, Janette, and the entire team at LCA, Hornsby!

I was nervous about how effective laser treatment was for dark skin but the staff were so friendly and amazing at explaining how it works that it put me right at ease! I had Steph for my first treatment and she was super knowledgeable and professional and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole treatment. I drive quite a long way to get to this clinic and I have zero regrets as their quality and services are worth it. I can't recommend Laser Clinics Australia Hornsby enough and I'm excited to keep coming back for more treatment here!

Staff are not very welcoming and quite supercilious. I did laser treatment for lip and chin there once and i thought they finished it up too quickly and really did not do the chin

Today, I had my 10th session at LCH.This one was by far my best experience as I had a new technician, Janette. She went beyond and above and made this painful treatment, easy.She asked many times about how did I feel, etc …She wasn’t doing it as it’s her job, she had commitment and you could see and feel it.I highly recommend her and am very glad being her client today.Well done, Janette. Keep up the good work ❤️

Always a great experience at a great clinic! LCA Hornsby is my go-to for Laser Hair Removal, however, I have also had some great skin treatments too!
