What a gentleman to deal with! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Pure Clean to anyone. We had our cream fabric lounge cleaned and it looks brand new again. Craig arrived on time, was very thorough, took the lounge completely apart and let me know half an hour before he was finished so I knew when to come back home with my newborn. Fantastic job!

Craig recently came and cleaned bedroom carpets and a loungeroom rug. Such a professional in dealing with him and happy to support a local small business owner who knows his profession and very knowledgable. Carpets came up great and end result is perfect. His price was very reasonable also. Will reccommend him to anyone.

Totally professional, vacuumed before he started the actual clean which not everyone does. Craig is owner/operator so he ensured an immaculate job on our terrible carpet - which had everything from wax drippings to mould, to drink spills and more. I live in a share house, so it hadn't been cleaned for a very long time. Will be getting him back to do our mattress, rug and redo the carpets when they need it.

Always satisfied with the result, carpet feel fresh and clean, and all the stinks are removed or faint away. We used another carpet cleaner prior which was horrible, and Craig is so easy to work with, result is amazing

After using MANY different carpet cleaning companies who just come in with their big machine and expect carpets to be vacuumed and all furniture moved before they arrive and they are in and out within 20 mins - Craig is very different! He had so much equipment, vacuumed twice and went around all the cornices with a special nozzle, had a special sweeper, was down on his hands and knees looking for stains and marks he is even willing to help move furniture! Craig was a thousand times better than anyone i have used before. My carpet was covered in baby and dog spew...gross! The results were amazing afterwardsIt takes about a month to get an appointment with him but that is because he is so popular and is worth the wait! Also after receiving 4 quotes his was very competitive and no minimum call out fee, as we only had the lounge room done. Will definitely use again! Top bloke as well!

Craig recently cleaned the carpet in three bedrooms at my home after I found his company on Google. He did a fantastic job and there was a noticeable difference - the carpet looked fantastic and smelled so fresh and clean. I would definitely recommend PureClean Carpet.
