Worst customer service. I have ordered a car at the end of Jan 2021 and I am still waiting. Due to covid there was delays however leaseplan are apparently not being provided with cars as the dealer will order their private sales first. Leaseplan will not fight or question this. Yet will continue to order cars. Each time my car delivery has been pushed out (5 times now) I have just been sent an email. No phone call, no apology. I just continue to get told nothing we can do, too bad your not the only one. After over a year of waiting I get told we can cancel your order if you dont want to wait anymore. Never again will I go through Leaseplan!

I have had a renovated lease with Lease Plan for more than 5 years and am happy with the product and service I have received during that time. What I get for my monthly lease payment is exceptional value for money as I don't have to worry about car expenses or where my next Rego payment is going to come from. It's nice driving around in a new car that is fully maintained knowing that the Lease Plan team is there to support me if necessary

Avoid at all costs !!!!Bought a Nissan X-Trail (Ti) model from GrowLease but the dealership delivered an Nissan X-Trail (TS) model. After this began my nightmare of getting the things fixed one by one. The problem is that although I bought the car through them, they never were of any help. All they did was to pass on what the dealership said to me and acted as messengers only.When I complained, the dealership changed the badge on the car from TS to Ti but the workmanship was so bad, the paint got chipped off from the place where they c hanged the badge.When I complained again, they tried to fix it by painting the area but again the work was incredibly bad and they could not color match properly and the painted area looks different to the rest of the car.Now I am stuck with a brand new car with a visible issue at the back door of the car and I am told that nothing can be done about it. All through this horror story, guys at growlease never took the responsibility of dealing with vehicle dealership properly and thought that they just pass on the information from dealership and that's the end of their responsibility.

Happy with my car, and interest rate not bad. However the company has the worst customer service I've dealt with. Incredible slow to get a response if you get one at all. Have misplaced a few thousand dollars of mine and waiting 5 months and still no answer

Very poor experience with the novated lease consultant Karen Hall. There is complete lack of comms as to what is happening with the lease setup. I have followed up multiple times both in email and on phone. Please go to Autopia or SGFleet, companies I have interacted in the past and so much efficient in handling leases.

absolutely the worst company in the world to deal with in ANY industry whatsoever!! consultants don't get back to you for one week straight due to being sick" and when they finally do get back to you AFTER 8 DAYS OF NO COMMUNICATION FROM ANYONE your told "we need a few more days to search what car it is

Well where do I start, read through all the reviews people they are all true. Lack of contact, lack of information, bouncing around from one department to the next. I only came across one person who knew what they were doing. Be aware of the predatory lending practices here. The quote that you see apparently means absolutely nothing. My quoted interest rate jumped massively with no notification until after the fact of the vehicle being delivered. Suck you in with a cheap rate then try their best to squeeze you for some extra dollars. This was in between the reserve bank rises. Currently seeking legal advice as Leaseplan believes this is ok, with misleading phone conversations. If you want to enjoy your new car experience just get a personal loan.Zero stars from me.

If you want to live longer don't deal with this company most incompetent employees and don't return phone calls at all. Gosh why do company like these exist ? Dont really know why their senior management allow this to happen ... maybe what other says is correct ... monkeys leading and learning from monkeys

What a fall from grace this company is. since COVID, hopeless to deal with, never available or return phone calls promptly. Despite asking a a reconciliation at the end of the lease, they have not responded to me instead deducted/stolen $2,000 out of my account without authority.20 years of great history and they are a shadow of what was once a good company to work with
