Great small but perfect little dog park

Here's is an example of an very poorly designed dog park.Greenslope dog park in Bushmead.Barely larger than a Forrestfield back yard, so much agility equipment that dogs can't really run. If i were to throw Morty's ball it would be over the fence before it lands.There is no large dog space although the reserve around it has lovely walking tracks, it is on leash only.For those of you familiar with Harmony Fields, it is about a quarter the size of the small dog area (my photo makes it look bigger). It was about 20 meters across at its widest point and only about double that long and no grass in sight.Perfect example of town planning by people who know nothing of dogs.Unless you only have a small dog or a non-active larger one, then give this park a miss.

Nice but very little park. Within 5 minutes of arriving my dog (cavalier - so not tiny) managed to get out through the fence. Not really suitable for small dogs for this reason, but the park is also not big enough for large dogs that need a run.

I like this new dog park, though it's not very big, everything my dog loves has been included.

Great little dog park. Enclosed, clean, water available. Next to bush land with walking track.

Lots of great play obstacles, shade, poop bags provided, and fenced well. However it's a bit small, fine for smaller dogs. There's some walking tracks around the park which I found more enjoyable as did my dog. On leash of course!

Perfect for small to medium sized dogs. Adjacent is woodland with many shaded walks.

Love the park for ALL size dogs! Stanley loves meeting fury friends and running off lead. So good to have a local park for all dogs to play together off lead and be good mates.

Fun little park for the dogs. 2 step gate on one side for safe entry/exit but there's also a single gate which is a bit odd/unsafe. Super quiet, so our dog could explore without a lead. Water fountain wasn't working, so make sure to bring your own water.
