My Samsung phone would not charge & the fault was diagnosed as a faulty charging port. The phone was repaired on the same day with only a 2 hour turnaround. The sales guy was very pleasant to deal with & couldn't have been more helpful.Unfortunately the same problem returned 3 weeks later & I returned to the store & the charging port was replaced again on the same day within 2 hours again under warranty free of charge of course. Once again, great service provided by the same salesman. I would highly recommend this store.

Do yourself a favour, take the drive to Miranda to get your phone fixed. The screen on my daughters phone lasted 6 weeks after it was replaced before it popped off the phone. Their response was quite obviously, not our fault, its been damaged. I have run over phones and caused all sorts of damage to my phones, never has a screen popped off. Poor quality repair or product was the culprit, but its easier to blame a kid and milk more money from them. Be aware people. Go elsewhere.

pretty bad experience. i went into get my iphone 11 front and back screen replaced. first they screwed up the front and i had to take it back to get fixed. then they screwed up the back screen, to which they couldn’t fix. it was such a bad job i took the phone else where and even this other place couldn’t believe how bad of a job was done. i will never ever go here again or recommend anyone to go here. they’re workmanship is terrible.

In reply to your response…… the screen WAS NOT cracked or damaged as you indicated. Nor is there any evidence on the surrounds of the screen that there is damage!!!! The phone screen was NOT black at the bottom of the screen prior to it popping off and was glitching as I explained to your “worker”. As your “worker stated” the screws are still in, that’s a good sign!! The blue piece of plastic which was hanging out the side of the screen is a fair indication that it has NOT been put on correctly. Your “worker” would have seen this when he replaced the screen for the SECOND TIME. You obviously DO NOT care about your customers, because you have been paid twice!. The faulty workmanship on this phone is absolutely disgraceful. Had you been open on Saturday when your website states you are open, this could have been resolved earlier. Again Monday morning when your website states you are open your are NOT! DO NOT RELY ON THIS STORE FOR REPAIRS, GO ELSEWHERE!

My elderly father was switching phone providers and also needed a new phone. Sam was so patient and helpful! He went above and beyond for us and we greatly appreciated his excellent customer service! We are happy we were able to support local.

Absolutely horrible service!I paid quite a lot for my phone screen to be repaired Here, and they messed it up to the point where my phone screen kept popping off, and when I brought my phone back to them, they said it was my fault.Absolutely appalling customer service!(SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE)
