Canberra Ave Villas
My stay has always been excellent here because no matter what room I stay in it's always clean, comfy, big high ceilings and has a great shower, and a great kitchen. I'm away from home a lot so I try to stay here when I can. I've been to them all, Canberra Ave Villas is the best by far. It's like home while I'm away from home.

In general I thought the experience was very good. The bathroom was very small and would have been a problem if I wasn't on my own as there was very little floor space in there although the actual shower size was quite generous. The wifi reception was poor so I use my own 4G instead. Otherwise everything else was great. Location excellent. A bit of road noise that didn't really bother me. I was biking so the rear verandah was very good for storing the bike out of the weather.

Booked through 3rd party site, Bookety, site does not clearly show quote as USD, confirmation/receipt still provided in AUD very difficult if not impossible to contact Bookety and actual businnes devolve any responsability. Actual accom well located, clean and meet needs,

Clean and affordable. Loved the fact that there were separate villas for each guest, so you wont on top of others. Would love to come again and stay for a longer period

Canberra Ave Villas
The villas are lovely. Nice to have a table and chair out front to sit on. The bathroom isn’t very big so not a lot of room to get changed in. Did the job though. Booking was a bit of an effort as I was using vouchers and had to ring twice to get that sorted. Check in was easy though we didn’t get the code until 3 o’clock. Not sure if that was due to daylight savings. My son’s single bed was on a slant. Think the base may be broken. So that might need to get looked at. Room 13. Nice walk to the shops. Check out was easy. Would definitely stay again if the price was right.

These little villas are in a good location in Queanbeyan, a short drive to a bustling shopping and restaurant precinct. We liked the dedicated parking big enough for a van. The bed and room was decently comfy with double glazed windows. The only drawback was external light wasn't working for getting in at night time. Good value for money.

Our little villa had just the perfect kitchen, the room was also quite spacious. Although the bathroom had very little space, i liked the room. It felt cozy and nice but the beds weren’t as comfortable as i thought they would be. Outside there was a cute black and white cat that came outside of my villa door everyday. The wifi was great and i was able to enjoy my stay here.☺️

*No staff on site, which made everything harder*Keybox did not drop the key and had to wait for 40 min until a staff showed up*Broken bathroom door and light switchUpdates：Issues should've been picked up before guests' arrival, but they weren't. The bathroom hand basin was even full of water when we arrived and there's a broomstick in our wardrobe. I did report the faulty bathroom door the next day when I requested a hair dryer. We stayed in room 4.

We loved our stay At Canberra Ave Villas. It's the first time that my wife and I had been away, just the 2 of us, in 25 years, so we were pretty excited. We'd driven down to Queanbeyan from Sydney for a 60th birthday party, and decided to extend our stay to 2 nights. Check-in was easy with our code, our villa was clean and tastefully decorated (I loved the artworks and the bedside lamps really cute), and it was nice and quiet. I would highly recommend this place. It was central, easy to find, and very comfortable. Thank you xx

Really happy with the room. So lovely, clean and inviting. Slight issue with ac remote needing new batteries..remedied right away. Very happy.
