Would leave negative stars.Waited 10 minutes while uber and Menulog orders were served before me. Found out that there was going to be another 10 minutes before they even cooked ordinary chicken again. Cancelled order and will not be back.

Half the Pepsi freeze was missing, wicked wings had no singnature crunch, zinger burger had the wrong sauce and the chicken on the burger was so soft, chips weren’t great either, would not recommend, would recommend kangaroo point or coorparoo

Absolutely ridiculous! Ordered a snack pack and asked for bbq sauce on it got the wrong sauce then when I took it back to get it changed they proceeded to tell me they can’t so I just asked for bbq sauce to add to it then they tried charging me for it even though it’s their mess up!!

Just want to commend service staff Azra who was polite and tolerant even in the face of rude uneducated school children which hurled insults she did not deserve.Hope she gets the recognition she deserves for this lovely kfc .

Wait time was slow.Tenders were way over their wait time in the warmer and the food was disappointing. Took the manager 3 goes to refund me and caused a scene and made me feel bad about the food because I have autism and sensory issues.

The food came out absolutely disgusting the burger was squashed like someone had sat on it, there was no patty and it was stone cold the chips were so salty we couldn't eat them. The wicked wings were the worst by far they tasted off, color was weird, we trashed the entire meal cause we couldn't trust what we were eating.

Staff olivia today has a unacceptable attitude, chucked our food onto the table with no manners. A dirty gravy box provided for our lovely meal, dk how they managed to do this.
