One of the worst companys ive had to deal with, i ordered a kayhan headunit for my fg mk2 and has it profesionally installed, then after using it for a few weeks i had noticed that the audio was cutting in and out multiple times when driving and i contacted kayhan audio through facebook messenger to get support, they told me to update my software which didnt work, and then were blaming it on installation error" when it was professionally installed

I've been using a Kayhan ICC for a couple months now. Listing the Pros first, I'll say the unit looks great in the car (aside from my main build quality issue), the software works fairly well, and Facebook support was pretty quick to help me resolve some software issues after updating the device. If the device didn't have the build quality issue I've got with mine, it would definitely be a 5 star rating.My main issues with the device are that it took around 3 months to actually ship, and the build quality. The glass panel of the screen doesn't fit properly against the rest of the screen leaving it unsealed and letting dust get into the screen. The glass panel has also fallen completely off once, being held on by only the ribbon cable. Thankfully it was just a matter of pressing it back onto the rest of the screen until the adhesive held, but it doesn't make me hopeful for the longevity of the unit. On opening the box I found a sizeable gap between the screen and the body of the unit as well as dust and debris under the glass. After some back and forth with support, they agreed to replace the unit, but only once I sent it back, paying shipping myself.As the unit took three months to ship in the first place, I have no idea how long it would take to be replaced, especially since they've since moved onto the newer version. I can't really be without my vehicle for who knows how many months again, or even weeks for that matter though. Having to spend $50-100 to ship it back and then wait for weeks/months to have a new one sent just isn't acceptable for something I paid nearly $1,400 for. So at this point I just have to deal with it and hope it lasts.

Had my VF Calais head unit replaced here. Fantastic job, all my controls for Air controls and steering controls still work. Will be getting all my stuff i need from here. Great service and great price
