I stood at reception for several minutes and 3 staff members looked at me. Not one of them spoke just looked at me then turned away. I walked out.

Taleah and Jess have absolutely perfect customer service! Not once throughout my whole appointment did I feel awkward! It honestly felt like we had known eachother for ages! They always made sure I was comfortable, or if I wanted a drink or needed the bathroom! My hair came out absolutely perfect, I can not be anymore happy with it! These girls deserve some recognition for how amazing their customer service and teamwork is! I had the best appointment ❤️ I will most definitely be returning x

Went to gayes today for my daughters haircut Maddie did a splendid job despite what was asked of her.she kept her compusure and did exactly as was asked to do in the least damaging way she could, in hope my daughter would see what she was asking for how I can only describe as a hair cut I can't wait to pull a photo of out at her 21st birthday party.Maddie took her time and slowly went in step down stages gradually getting shorter and shorter trying to convince my daughter that it was short enough, however my daughter wouldn't listen and said it wasn't short enough.Now my daughter has a hair cut she is happy with.I'm sorry you had to go through that Maddie but I thank you for your patience and the excellent service you provided.We will be back but I promise we won't put you through that again.

Chris is an excellent hairdresser and I loved how he made my hair look - I will definitely be returning.

Absolutely ridiculously priced I had to walk out after being miss-quoted $300, and then being told it would cost $800. This was also a major mistake by the hairdresser as she had made several mistakes on the new quote, unprofessional, very limited staff knowledge of basic mathematics so do not come here unless you wish to be ignored, miss-quoted and have and overall horrible experience and experience bankruptcy based on a salon that cannot conduct basic mathematic functions - sadly this is a major requirement as maths are how colours and bleaches are mixed.

Absolutely amazing service!Other hair dressers make me feel like they're just trying to get my hair done so they can shove me out the door but the person serving me here took extra care to really make sure my hair was done right, always asking if I was happy so far and making suggestions. They had an incredible attention to detail.I had my undercut tidied and he took the time to do it well. Making it the neatest it's ever been, making sure I didn't have one hair out of place.And then I had my layers fixed and he just spent so much time making sure it was perfect.I didn't feel likea burden, i felt so looked after and I will definitely be back. I love my hair and even after washing my hair and leaving it to dry naturally it's sitting perfectly. He understood what my type of hair needed to sit well.Thank you for giving me such a good experience ♥️

A good hair dresser is few and far between. I booked for a cut only and walked out one very satisfied customer after a cut, colour and treatment. Taleah, listened and accommodated my needs and talked me through every step, explaining the benefits of why my colour and treatment was applied in the manner it was. No question or request was too big,nor an issue. I decided at last minute for the colour as I was pleased with the cut Taleah gave and her professionalism. Booked my next appt upon payment and loving my hair 24hrs later!Taleah is an absolute asset to the business!

Today I was lucky enough to meet the lovely professional team at this salon. Finally a salon that knows what they’re doing. Huge thanks to Ros for saving my girls weekend by fixing my hair, best cut & colour ever considering she was fixing a very bad job done at another salon. Thank you so much for putting yourself out to help me. Also a big thank you to the. lovely lady who had an appointment & was most gracious of me invading her time.
