All 4 Kids Playcentre

Today we attended one of the birthday party here but very pathetic service and atitude by few of the staff ...i am writing this review behalf of not only by my experience but from few of other people's experiences and also behalf of host..We are pure vegetarian and .at the party they put french fries into chicken rolls, second item was mince pie and third was meat ball ( 3 of them non veg).! So so pathetic they didn't have any vegetarian or vegan item in birthday menu..and my son ended up eating bit of fruit n plain wafer looking at all other kids enjoying their meal....Second thing they had only few complimentary lollies to put in plate but my son noticed when it was over so when I went to get some from the reception they clearly said no ! I mean it's not question of 50c lollies it's question of everyone got n my son was left out so as per kids point of view they feel sad n upset when everyone got but he was left behind! But they couldn't even provide 2/3 bits of lollies!!!!!!Third thing everywhere other venues provide enough plates and disposable cutlery as for $2 you could get 40 plates or glasses but here party host was running with a stress to get her own plates and glasses coz all 4 kids can't provide?! I mean if you host anywhere else, they atleast provide enough cutlery for a stress free birthday party as again its cost only $5 overall to accomodate 20 kids food needs..Party host paid for 20 kids but only returned 17...so at the reception one sibling was charged extra from the guest rather than accomodating from those 20 kids pack....totally over all one of the staff's careless atitude i could found as sometimes manager or owner doesn't even know what's and why this blunder happened! Please educate your few of the staff!Not sure would ever join any birthday party or recommend someone as host clearly was very disappointed...

My kids love this place. We go there at least once per week and it is always a great day for everybody, even me!

My wife and I took our two young grandchildren to All 4 Kids yesterday.Firstly I had to park half a kilometre away which is not a big deal but it just highlights the difficulty of parking when busy.There is reasonable provision for on site parking, more I suggest for the day care facility than the play group area but regardless there is a small ground level parking area and a more substantial basement parking for maybe 30 cars.The play area is on the first floor accessed via a lift or stairs and the pricing for our grandchildren (7 and 9 year old) was $13 per person, adults free.Given the kids can stay all day the pricing seems pretty reasonable.There is a centre area with tables and chairs but considering the time spent there they are not particularly comfortable and fairly tightly packed.The play areas are all very well organized with a vast array of different types of play scenarios. All play areas come with the standard regulation padding, softness and safety.The kids love playing here and that is an important component of an evaluation.However I have two major issues with this facility.Firstly the noise level.On the day we were there the average noise level was just under 80 decibels with peaks well above that when little girls squeal. 85 decibels is the WHO max prolonged noise level to avoid hearing damage. The noise in this place is below that but not by much.The day we were there (school holidays) was packed so I would imagine on less busy days it would be quieter-perhaps.My second issue is a personal one and not really a reflection of the business.I just found it sad that children’s innate ability to play and imagine was replaced by organised imagination and play. You don’t need to imagine a castle or a bridge or a wall, it’s there.Having said all that however, the children do love it there, the place is well organized and safe, it is very imaginative (all be it externally imagined and organized) with lots of different activities and there does not seem to be any issues between the children or the parents for that matter.There is also provision for buying lunch at what my wife said was reasonable.

Hadn't been to the centre in 10 years.. as we had a bday party to attend to.. great place for kids to unwind and run wild.. only downside is that our household is now full of covid cooties.. not sure how frequently the play equipment would physically get cleaned. First time we've had covid after all this time and how severe causes once were..

Would be nice if your google pages was updated to reflect your 2022/2023 hours. Even when I call, no Voicemail with your closure times. Nothing on your Instagram page. Had to drive out to see this. Annoyed.

Always enjoy going here for ALL ages. So many different fun areas. Only one gated entry/exit so you know the kids won't escape. Good and well priced food too.No kid toilets/toilet seats though which would be amazing if they got them.

Really good play center with lots for the kids to do. Parking lot didn't have a lit of parking but the lift to the upper floor was good. Coffee was decent and food/drink was reasonably priced with good speed/service. Entry prices were good value for money

Great indoor play area - huge with many play areas for kids of all ages! It's quite cool with the air con going which is great for summer. Very affordable and great value with inexpensive food/drinks. May have to park on the street when really busy.

It doesn't look like anything special from the outside but this is actually one of the best play centres we've been to. There is a great inflatable area, and lots of things for both small and bigger kids. But the highlight for us was the foam building blocks. We had a lot of fun making a house" to play in and all the kids got involved. We went for a family birthday party and while my little one was not the least bit interested in eating (too much fun to be had elsewhere) the food was also really good and they staff were helpful."
